In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to laku77 Services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. laku77 operates a strict 21+ policy across all products and jurisdictions. Registering as a minor — or allowing a minor to use your Account — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. laku77 is designed exclusively for the Indonesian market and is not intended for use by residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering contracts.
• Not a previously banned Member: You must not have had a prior laku77 account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms. Attempting to re-register after a permanent ban constitutes fraud.
• Personal use only: You must be registering and playing solely for your own personal entertainment. Using the Platform on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to operate your Account, is prohibited.

To access any real-money Services on laku77, you must complete the registration process in full and create a verified Account. The following conditions apply:

1. Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and nominated payment method — must be accurate, current, and complete. Submitting false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure.
2. One account per household: Only one Account is permitted per individual, per household, per device, and per IP address. Where laku77 detects multiple Accounts linked to the same person or household, all duplicate Accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
3. Password security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. laku77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify laku77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4. Account non-transferability: Your Account is personal and may not be sold, transferred, gifted, or otherwise assigned to another individual under any circumstances.
5. KYC verification: laku77 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any point during your membership. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of a request may result in Account suspension.
6. Contact details: You are responsible for keeping your registered email address and contact number current. laku77 will direct all Account correspondence, including security alerts and promotional communications, to the contact details on record.

All financial transactions on laku77 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). laku77 supports the following local payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction ceilings.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., funds sent from an account belonging to another person — are not accepted and will be returned.
• laku77 does not charge deposit fees. Any transaction fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
• laku77 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds where a transaction is flagged by our fraud or AML monitoring systems.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in line with standard AML (anti-money laundering) obligations.
• Withdrawal requests for verified Accounts are typically processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider.
• laku77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of KYC verification or fraud review. Members will be notified if their withdrawal is placed under review.
• Bonus Funds and pending wagering requirements must be cleared before the corresponding portion of a Balance is eligible for withdrawal. See Clause 5 for full details.

laku77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All promotions are subject to the general conditions set out in this clause, as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page.

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified Members who have fully completed the registration process. laku77 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility to specific Member segments, geographic regions, or deposit methods.
2. Wagering requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
3. Validity period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Any unused Bonus Funds remaining after the validity period expires will be removed from your Account without notice.
4. Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward clearing wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino products, and togel draws may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The precise contribution table is published on each relevant promotion page.
5. One bonus per transaction: Only one bonus may be claimed per deposit transaction. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses on a single deposit is a breach of these Terms.
6. Abuse and exploitation: laku77 reserves the right to void any bonus — and to withhold or recover any winnings generated through that bonus — where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus has been obtained or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, including via advantage play, arbitrage, or collusion.
7. Seasonal promotions: Promotional offers tied to seasonal events — including Idul Fitri, Imlek (Chinese New Year), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) — are subject to the same general bonus terms above, with specific terms published at the time of each promotion.

All wagers placed and games played on laku77 are subject to the rules specific to each product vertical. The following general principles apply across all Services:

1. Bet confirmation: A bet or wager is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation reference from the laku77 system. Any wager for which a confirmation has not been issued — for example, due to a network interruption — is not considered a valid, accepted bet.
2. Manifest errors: laku77 reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds or on terms that were offered as a result of a manifest error (e.g., a clearly erroneous price caused by a data feed failure). In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your Account Balance.
3. Sportsbook rules: Pre-match and in-play sports markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, and FIFA World Cup qualifying — are governed by the specific sports rules published in the laku77 Sportsbook section. Key provisions include match abandonment policy, half-time result settlement, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) void-leg treatment.
4. Casino and RNG games: All casino games, including live dealer tables and RNG slot titles, operate on certified random number generation systems. Game outcomes are independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. Slot RTP (Return to Player) percentages are as published by the relevant game studio.
5. Togel rules: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by official source data. laku77 accepts no liability for inaccuracies in source draw data provided by third parties. Disputed results must be raised with customer support within 24 hours of the relevant draw.
6. Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited on laku77 and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:
   • Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
   • Use of bots, automated betting software, AI-assisted prediction tools, or any other non-human wagering mechanism.
   • Systematic exploitation of bonus structures or promotional offers (advantage play / bonus abuse).
   • Chip dumping — deliberately losing chips or funds to a co-conspirator in order to transfer value between accounts.
   • Placing wagers on fixed, manipulated, or insider-information-derived sporting outcomes.

laku77 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to help Members manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings directly from their Account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Members may configure session duration alerts to receive on-screen reminders after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Members may request a temporary suspension of their Account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.

laku77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

1. The Member is found to be under 21 years of age, or has provided false information during registration.
2. The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including participation in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Clause 6.
3. laku77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of applicable law.
4. The Member has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
5. A Member requests voluntary Account closure or self-exclusion.
6. laku77 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.

Upon closure of an Account, any real-money Balance remaining after the deduction of applicable Bonus Funds will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of KYC and fraud checks. Bonus Funds will not be returned upon Account closure.

All content published on the laku77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game interfaces, and software — is the property of laku77 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any laku77 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software forming part of the Platform.
• Framing or mirroring any part of the Platform on any other website or server.
• Use of laku77's trademarks, trade names, or branding in any manner not expressly authorised in writing.

laku77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data handling principles include:

• Personal data is collected only for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where consent has been given — promotional communications.
• laku77 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and stores Member data on secured, access-controlled servers.
• laku77 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where legally required.
• Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting laku77 support.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, laku77 excludes all liability for:

1. Service interruptions: Any loss or damage arising from the temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, network outages, or force majeure events (including natural disasters, civil unrest, and governmental action).
2. Third-party content: The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data, odds, draw results, or other information provided by third-party data suppliers, including sports data feeds and lottery result providers.
3. Unauthorised Account access: Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
4. Consequential losses: Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost data, or loss of business opportunity — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits laku77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indonesian law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which laku77 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through laku77's internal dispute resolution process, initiated by contacting customer support at [email protected].

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within 30 days of being raised, either party may refer the matter to the applicable regulatory body or an independent arbitration mechanism as designated by laku77's operating licence authority.

laku77 acknowledges that its primary target audience is located in Indonesia and undertakes to provide customer support in both Bahasa Indonesia and English to facilitate accessible dispute resolution for all Indonesian Members.

laku77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, laku77 will notify active Members via the registered email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 8.

The version of these Terms currently published at https://laku77.ws/terms-conditions supersedes all prior versions. laku77 recommends that Members review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
